This nylon puffer jacket is made in Japan and produced by Buzz Rickson ( Buzz Ricksons Buzz Rickson's ) from Toyo Enterprises. The pattern construction of this jacket is modeled after the United States Air Force classic military MA-1 Flight Jackets (USAF Bomber Jackets, Flying Jackets) with classic design, but this MA1 jacket has been re-designed with the Buzz Rickson's William Gibson collection own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The original colorl has been replaced by the symbolic black color of the William Gibson collection. The beauty of this piece is the balance of classic construction and modern updates from Buzz Rickson's William Gibson collection. This modified tailored cut is slimmer fit in the chest and armhole area as opposed to the wide cut found on any of the other vintage original spec for a more modern casual look and fashion purpose. Outer shell : Made of 100% nylon, heavy nylon twill in black color. It is high density and extremely durable. This jacket deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort. This highly-prize nylon fabric of this jacket has a smooth and soft feel and deep hue with beautiful and sophisticated luster.

Lining shell for body and sleeves : Fully lined, 100% nylon twill lining. The lining is smooth and sleek so you can take the jacket off and put it on easily.

Interlining (Type of insulation ) : Inside padding. The jacket is filled with 58% wool and 42% cotton blended fiber fill sandwiched between the outer shell and inner shell lining to retains heat and protect you from the cold. Suitable for fall and winter.

Types of garment closure (Placket type) : Zipper closure with internal storm flap with zig-zag stitching. Wind flap protector (storm flap) located behind zipper closure. Front fastener from the heavy-duty Crown zipper with zip tape made of all-cotton HBT fabric. An internal storm flap with zig-zag stitching behind the zipper prevents the wind from slipping through the front. A leather pull tab on zipper for easy functioning with gloves.

Storage : Two exterior slanted single welt snap-closure pockets lined with warm brushed fabric. Zippered cigarette pocket outfitted with four pen/pencil slots (utility pocket) on left sleeve. Zipper with leather pull tab on sleeve pocket. Two interior vertical-side-entry snap-closure pockets lined with cotton twill.

Cuff type : The two-ply worsted-wool cuffs with the narrow weave graduating into the wider weave at top.

Pattern Type : Plain (Solid color) with U. S. Air Forces shoulder sleeve insignia paint on left arm.

Sleeve Style : Set-in sleeves.

Other details : The two-ply worsted-wool knit rib cuffs (sleeve ends), collar and waistband are comfortable and flexible. Oxygen mask tab correctly sewn to left front chest for attaching oxygen mask retainer clip. Two snap-down radio wire tabs (one on each breast) for retaining headset and microphone wiring leads.
